Tania Carlisle - Company Chair
Tania joined Arts & Business NI in 2001 as Arts Manager, then moved into her current role as Learning & Performance Manager in 2002. Since then she has created, delivered and managed a wide range of learning & development opportunities for both the arts and business sectors. The programmes she developed for Creative Training and for Individual Artists have both received National Training Awards.
Tania is from an arts background, specialising in theatre administration. Previous roles include General Manager for Kabosh, Administrator at Green Dolphin Recording Studios, and Lecturer in Arts Administration at BIFHE. A self-confessed Governance nerd, Tania has practical experience of corporate governance in the arts sector in NI through sitting on both the Board of Kabosh, and Bruiser Theatre Company (Chair 2005-8). Her current portfolio includes responsibility for A&B NI’s Governance Programmes which offer training and support to arts organisations and their Boards.

Robert McGarry
Dr Robert McGarry is the General Manager of Ignition Team. Robert has led the energetic formation of Ignition Team and is passionate about providing the greatest business value to all Ignition Team’s customers. Robert was previously Sales Director of Singularity. Prior to joining Singularity in 2000, Robert had a 12 year career with British Telecommunications PLC. With more than 22 years of Professional IT experience, Robert brings a wealth of experience to Terra Nova. He is a keen advocate of cycling both for commuting and a sport, takes an interest in the environment and is a new member of the Green Party of Northern Ireland. Robert supports the renewal and realignment of politics in Northern Ireland and has been active in Platform for Change.

Christopher Murphy
In addition to his role as Course Director on the MA Multidisciplinary Design at the University of Ulster, Murphy works as a design consultant and writer. He has recently published two books on interactive design and is currently working on a third. A regular conference speaker, he publishes his writing on web design and emerging technologies at Web Standardistas' (http://www.webstandardistas.com) in addition to contributing to a number of other prominent design journals. Murphy has been described as "a William Morris for the digital age" (Creative Review). In addition to creating works for Absolut Vodka, The Royal Mail and numerous high profile clients worldwide, he has worked within the field of audio-related design for the last decade.
