Terra Nova Productions is seeking a free-lance facilitator to co-ordinate and deliver our free anti-racism workshops to schools and community groups throughout the winter and spring.  You do not need arts-based experience (although it is desirable) but you will have excellent intercultural competancy, community engagement experience and deep understanding of what makes for engaging facilitation.

You will be supported by our Artistic Director to create the content of the 1.5 hour workshop, in keeping with her vision for Terra Nova and the themes explored in her new anti-racism play Me You Us Them, which will be touring Northern Ireland in March 2018.  You will book and deliver 40 workshops across Northern Ireland by the end of March 2018, using Terra Nova's extensive network of contacts.  Twenty five percent of the workshops have already been claimed, so this should be a straightfoward task.  You will also be working closely with East Side Arts.

The fee for this work is £2000: £500 for co-ordination and £1500 for delivery.  Capped travel and materials expenses are also available.

How to Apply

Please send CVs and a letter detailing why you are interested in this contract  to info@terranovaproductions.net by 10pm on the 3rd of November. You will be notified of interview on Monday the 6th at the latest, and will need to be available to be interviewed on either the 7th or 8th of November.
